DocSiteAI is an AI-powered website builder built specifically for Indian doctors, clinics and hospitals. You can launch a professional, SEO-optimised clinic website on a subdomain like drsharma.docsiteai.com in under 10 minutes. Custom domains are available on paid plans.
How is DocSiteAI different from Wix or WordPress?

DocSiteAI ships healthcare-specific themes, built-in NMC advertising-guideline content checks, DPDP Act 2023 patient consent flow, and AI generation tuned for medical practice content. Wix and WordPress are generic builders that require manual setup of all of these features.
Is DocSiteAI really free?

Yes. The Free tier is free forever — a subdomain, one theme, manual content management, basic SEO, and 5 AI generations per month. Paid tiers are billed annually as a one-time payment — pay once, your plan is active for the next 365 days. No auto-renewal, no surprise charges.
Can I use my own domain (drsharma.com)?

Yes, on the Pro and Premium plans. The platform issues SSL certificates automatically and provides DNS instructions. Custom domains are not available on the Free tier.
Does DocSiteAI follow NMC advertising rules?

DocSiteAI scans every save for phrases that may violate the NMC's advertising-conduct regulations — superlatives like "best", "no. 1", "world-class", and outcome guarantees like "miracle cure" or "100% safe". The platform warns the doctor on save but does not block; final responsibility rests with the practitioner.
Is patient contact data handled under the DPDP Act 2023?

Yes. Patient contact forms require explicit consent before any data is stored. Each clinic site gets a privacy policy covering data collection, retention, and patient rights to access, correct, erase, or withdraw consent.
How does AI generation work?

Click "Generate with AI" next to a content field. DocSiteAI drafts content based on your specialty, qualifications, city and clinic info. The doctor reviews and edits before saving. Each generation debits one credit from a monthly quota (5 on Free, 50 on Pro, 200 on Premium).
Will my site appear on Google?

Yes. Every DocSiteAI site ships with per-page SEO meta, a sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and rich Schema.org markup (Physician, MedicalClinic, MedicalProcedure, FAQPage, AggregateRating, BreadcrumbList). Google typically indexes a new site within 1–2 weeks of publishing.
Will my site appear in ChatGPT or Gemini answers?

DocSiteAI emits structured Q&A blocks, named-entity-rich content, and a llms.txt summary — the patterns generative search engines extract from. This is what we call GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation).
Who is DocSiteAI for?

Indian doctors, dentists, specialists, clinics and hospitals. Best fit for solo practitioners and small clinics who want a professional online presence without an agency. Multi-speciality hospitals can also use it but may want our other SaaS product, Mediroids, for full hospital operations.
Who built DocSiteAI?

DocSiteAI is built and operated by Approids Technologies, a Bareilly-based product engineering company. Approids has shipped 25+ Android apps with over 10 million downloads on Google Play Store, plus several other vertical SaaS products including Mediroids, Trustroids, Eduroids, Billroids, and Shoproids.
How long does setup take?

Most doctors complete signup, theme selection, content entry, and publish in 5–10 minutes. AI generation can pre-fill service descriptions and FAQs to make this even faster.
Can I switch themes after I publish?

Yes, any time from the dashboard. Your content stays exactly the same — only the visual layout changes.
Do you support clinics outside India?

Yes. The product is used by doctors and clinics in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore — alongside our India home market. The core platform (themes, AI content, SEO, schema, lead inbox) is country-agnostic. Region-specific compliance packs (UK GMC, US HIPAA, EU GDPR) are on the roadmap; India's NMC and DPDP Act ship by default today.
Do you support HIPAA / GDPR / regional medical regulations?

DocSiteAI is GDPR-compatible by design (no behavioural tracking, consent-first contact forms, right to access/erase). HIPAA conformance for US-clinics is on the roadmap — for now we recommend US doctors keep PHI (Protected Health Information) out of contact form fields. India's DPDP Act 2023 and NMC advertising rules ship enforced today.
What currencies do you bill in?

Today we bill paid plans in INR via Razorpay. The pricing page shows approximate USD equivalents. Native USD, GBP, AED and CAD billing is coming once we wire Stripe alongside Razorpay.
Is there a recurring subscription?

No. Paid plans are one-time annual payments. You pay once, your plan stays active for 365 days. Around 30 days before expiry we email a renewal reminder; you can renew or let it lapse. If you don't renew, your site stays online but downgrades to the Free tier — your content, theme and gallery all remain intact.
What happens if I don't renew?

Your site stays live but automatically downgrades to the Free plan at expiry. Custom domain pauses, premium themes and AI quota drop to Free-tier levels. Your content, services, FAQs, gallery and patient inquiries — all preserved. You can resubscribe any time to re-unlock paid features.
